It's Norwood 1 if I understand it well, but I think by 40's it would be likely norwood 3. We do not have balding gene in my family, so i do not think it's possible for me to lose hair beyond that.

Can't get into specifics about that anon, and i do think you understand why. Personally I am too old to care about it at this point, but I am afraid if one of the people who work for me find me here.
It may be lead me losing a place I can vent out at any time. I really enjoy being able to say all mean things about my subordinates to cool off without worrying about hurting their feelings.
