I didn't understand it wholly. But, I agree with the conclusion. It explains the whole slippery slope with fetishes. I believe that people have a certain slope or track which they are innately predisposed to which then they slip into consuming more and more extreme fetishes related to the track which they were predisposed to. As an example, lets take dominance, a person might start of from say light bondage to heavy bondage, to more and more extreme things, uptill the fetish I discussed earler, which I would reason is the apex of this track; It is the abject dominance and consumption of one over the other. However, there are other fetishes which aren't present in this 'track', say scat or pedophilia, which do disgust me, and my slope didn't allow me to have a trajectory leading there.
