Ahirwal region is MahendraGarh, Rewari and Gurgaon, there are not many jats in that region, so Yadavs of that region are same as jats of rest of haryana in terms of pretty much everything but with OBC, they are the biggest abuser of OBC in the country along with Rajasthani Jats, so they have many goberment jobs among their families which have made them rich over generations.

Ahirs in central UP look bhangi while the Yadavs in central UP don't. These clans are wrongly allocated a single group under British which continued after independence.
I have a similar anecdote about the "Dahiyas" who were mentioned as a seperate caste from jhelum banks in Medieval records but under british theywere allocated Jat caste and now all Dahiyas think themselves as Jats.
