A biological rejection of caste system can be made that it allows for the development Bd excellence in certain spheres but does not create a balance whole around development of citizens. The racial body corrupts itself due to insulated developments of its constituents , so you see some groups may have high iq but are weak and cowardly. Some groups are brave but savage. Some are hard workers but stupid. Some are clever and hard working but lack any sense of integrity. Contrast to Europe and Arabia where the racial body promotes overall development.

Those are cultural stereotypes, not biological categories. Human variation exists, but it does not fall into the moral or psychological boxes that caste or race ideologues imagine.
These regions had their own rigid hierarchies, aristocracies, serfdom and tribal structures. Their historical development came from institutions, economic change, literacy, urbanization and political reforms, not from any superior biological harmony.
Only way to ensure overall development of genetic pool is to let people choose their partners freely as adult dating standards is the most accurate standard of all qualities collectively

You probably meant 'varna system' because "caste system" is merely simple tribalism.

Also heirarchy is more natural than equality.
