I hope that it's a gradual process it can goes in all ways imaginable. I wish to see a transition period, where i will sustain the operation cost, have the code open source and even help with the ops.
Once i feel the new guys are able to carry on i will just leave completely.
But there's a lot of things before it i hope i am able to do those.
