It seems most of you here haven't met any real dalit
They live in extreme poverty, and face daily brutalities
Morning only i helped one such person
These people really need government support for upliftment
Those loudmouth bheem army goons and dumb communists doesn't represent average dalit
Few dalit (indian)s like Mahars, Chamars etc are really abusive but they don't represent all dalits
From last 20 days only, i remember many crimes happened against dalits in my district
Only if government really tries to upward these groups instead of targeting so called UCs, and using dalits as political tool
Bhim army and Communists are only sidelining them

My best friend in my childhood was a dalit only, he was quite mature and observant for his age. But he wouldn't study much, i wonder where he is now.

My dalit friend was so high iq. He was good at literally everything. He was an academic genius. He was also one my closest friend from nursery to high school. I hope he's doing good wherever he is now.

And surprisingly enough, the bhim army fiasco and communisy resistance has done more for the dalits than goberment. You cannot uplift a community in million by giving 1 out of 1000 somw govt job. Neither you can make them feel safe by making laws in a lawless country. What actually matters is street power at this point.
