I've been doing semen retention for like 4-5 days rn. Still feel like shit, just wasted my entire day on reels and then edging to some degenerate shit. I feel you aren't doing actual semen retention if you are edging, if you know what I mean, you can feel the spiritually draining affect on you, which is akin to the post ejaculation spiritual drain. Also, I had a kind of realisation when it came to manifestation, in the past I was aware of manifestation, and did attempt it, but I got no results and then called the whole thing bullshit. The realisation is as follows: When you manifest something, you ARE NOT desiring that thing. This may sound counterintuitive but When you desire a certain thing, It is an implication that you do not have it, and thus manifestation won't work. Manifestation works on the principle of a belief that you have something, and if you already have that thing, then reality molds itself around you to align with the thing. This concept is akin to that of 'Worship' and by that I don't mean a state of subservience to a higher power, but rather an alignment in the direction of a higher power which then modifies the orientation of the worshipper benefiting them. Think of it like a compass needle and the North and south pole of the earth. So basically, leaving that schizobabble aside, I'll talk about an experience of mine. Ever since like 2021 or so, I developed a sort of muscle spasm in my stomach and abdomen that fucked with me and comes on and off. This was after I mastrubated 8 times in one day. I tried to use manifestiation in the past to be able to sleep, but I wasn't getting results. The reason was because I was manifesting "I will go to sleep". It might sound innoucous at first and you may wonder why it isn't working. The phrase Ï will go to sleep"" emphasises the fact that 1) You aren't asleep and 2)The direction/vector of awakeness-sleep is something which you are desiring to travel from awakeness to sleep. Whereas, If you manifest "I AM ASLEEP" it causes an internal shift in your internal (mental) awakeness-sleep vector and this then causes a shift in your external (physical) enabling the vector to properly shift. This is akin to a magnet and the poles of the earth; If you produce a change in the poles of the earth you will observe a change in the magnet. And the conscious is much more powerfull that the material. I plan to utilized this method to manifest hieght as well and become 6'1. However I will not be able to provide direct updates because of the principle I discussed above; If one continually measures their height this shows a desire, and there is no change in the I AM or the internal configuration. That's it. Goodnight.
