its my first time posting this so stick with me
this is gonna be a long post

>goes on a trip with my family to a relatives house in a rural area
>reaches my destination
>somethings wrong bad vibes radar goes off
>instant realization that there are really less ppl here even if its a rural area
>everyone knows everyone here
>later that evening my relative bhaiya takes me for a bike ride
>asks him to take me to that mountain nearby
>instant deny
>i insist then he goes about to say that some shady blackmagic bs happens there
>calls him bluff
>at 11pm
>just chilling watching tv
>heard loud arguments in the neighborhood
>theres a budhiya and a chad arguing in their language
>so uninterested plus sleepy heading back until
>my female relative says to my mother that this old hag is involved in some blackmagic stuff
>i was still not convinced but rather intrigued
but hearing olders talk like this made me nervous

>after breakfast asks my fem relative about the old hag
>she tolds me the same
>calls her bluff
>she goes on to say shes so deep in those magic stuffs that even if she spits on you u will not be able to move and become paralyzed right there

>some days went on like this
>on my last days evening

>everyone decides they will go on our terrace and have a barbeque and sleep while stargazing
>finally some good plans
>food yum yum and after that everyone started to doze off
>everyones asleep i was still stargazing
>2pm
>bored and started playing pkmnB&W
>ambient is total silent no sounds from insects or wind
>my fem relative wakes up and goes towards the border of the terrace to grab the bottle of water
>she froze while her eyes fixated straight down
>silently calls me
>tells me to shut the fuck up and to not say anything just watch
>points down
>saw that fking old hag walking on all fours
>i was amazed by her speed while walking on all fours towards that mountain
>asks her how?
>goes on to tell me that after indulging in such deep dark practices one does not feel any physical pain that allows them to do that
>goes to sleep no more fuck around and find out
>next day sees the mountain one last time while sitting in the car and that still creeps me out
>mfw i knew something was off but i was so arrogant
>returned with my mind fucked
>convinced that somethings are not made for fuck around
never went there ever again and my parents was also creeped out by that place
my relatives also changed their states.

Anyway, here's my old exp I made in another thread.
>A woman we knew was or I should say is a prime suspect in this. Bengali obviously , she has a weird face with slanting eyes like a cross between a chinese and an indian ,and chubby cheeks tht give the illusion of friendliness but there was always an aura abt her tht gave me weird feelings. Well she had good relationship with our family for years untill we learned she was not as kind as she seemed. Things happened and she apparently did a whole case on our family , a legal trouble we are still going through.
>Now what do I know? Her closed ones or atleast ppl earlier close to her told us tht she would give sweets (mishti as they say in bengal) to guests and they would sooner or later be more and more friendly with her even running errands. Now one day a certain unkill went to her home, and she gave him sweets but he didn't eat it. Kept it in his pocket for sm bhangali reason. Then went out and found sm strange plants in kt(not wht smone might put in food) but with strangely cut plants in shapes. After that he stopped going to her home and stopped being close to her. Many such takes exist of this woman, and she still posts or hints to us from her social media tht she rememebrs us , even tho we technically don't follow her so no way for her to know.
>So my best guess is she is mentally retarded and obsessed with us. Luckily we left that state and are now far from her but we still don't take any chances

haa I don't know what happened but skies used to be so clear like not bortle 1 tier dark but clear enough to highlight most of the recognisable constellations and stars I remember standing outside my old home finding orion belt, big dipper betelguese and whatnot
I even managed to spot some planets like mars jupiter and neptune
ff to today and you can barely see any shit even in the boonies kek
ironically enough I saw the milk way galaxy only recently at my new place since it has open view of the sky unlike previous which was instructed by trees

the obvious reason is ocooms razor; rapid development all over this country and some of it is just for the sake of having development which is mostly unplanned like you see those LED streetlights whicu are really bright but they dont put them in a conical hat so that the light only falls on the road but instead let them uncovered and the excess light just bleeds into the night sky ruining the clarity
air pollution also adds into this further
