I use Redmi phones. The pics are good in sunlight, But they are Generally too bland, So, I don't put any premade filters, Instead, I just go in default photo editor, And Play with Things like Brightness, Saturation, contrast, Exposure, Vibrance etc. Until all colors pop up, but doesn't look heavily filtered.
Oh and that place is Bisalpur Dam in Tonk, Rajasthan.

You can go into books but that would be technical too fast.
So, you'll lose interest, So go the easiest way, Shorts/Reels. Watch one or two vids then it'll start recommending you more, Making the process effortless.
Search for How to click pictures like a pro or using pro mode. or stuff like that. mobile photography.

I would recommend not to invest in learning photography on mobile, if you can invest in dslr, actual cameras. however you can earn some social brownie points,
although the actual photography club of my college mocks me, most normie people appreciate my pics(which Im self aware that they are mid)
