you'll get chamar infested colleges with that percentile as well, the entire jee scheme is chamar infested,
but atleast they'll be smart chamars, atleast 20-30% of them,

If you are willing to shift to Mumbai, then DJ Sanghvi, Thadomal or KJ Somaiya would easily take you at 97%. Avoid KJ if you don't want high fees. Also all three are Gujjew colleges, so beware.
