Everytime i am crossing roads i feel as if i am about to die. I dont want to trust strangers with my life. Its as if i am supposed to stay locked in my house in vishwaguru unless i own a four wheeler.

You'll have to wait until cars clear on road making leeway for you to cross. While doing so show them their hand so the drivers know you are gonna cross the road. They'll slow down. If you cross road walking 🚶♂️ like this, they will assume You'll stop in between. Dont do that everm always hands up.

true I guess desu but honestly being an indo aryan means knowing how to survive in these lands is instinctive, its literally in your blood
I personally was in similar situation and used to rely on others for crossing roads but eventually I gathered enough courage to cross on my own and mastered the art in my mid teen ages
so just be careful of fast moving vehicles if you live in urban shitholes with expressways

Point it at the person coming towards you as you cross the road while using the other hand to point at the direction you're going in.
