India said they will consider "terror attacks" by pak as start of war.

Which means that gives india a freehand to destroy pak ADs before destroying their terror camps.

Note- India didn't destroy Pak AD before attacking terror bases as that'd mean "India started the war" and Indian jets flew defensively after bombing terror camps.
