Galwan went out of control, which lead to long issues. Snow leopard. Reorientation of RR along LAC, raising new mountain division or two along LAC etc.
Until 2014 the official government policy for protection against china was to just 'hinder their progress' in case of attack by not building infra at all it changed under Mudi.
The sat maps in around sikkim, bhutan trijunction is just one of the cases which you can say has happened around mudi government but it's meaningless in case of war it would get blown out first.
But what changed was that Indian government approved range of infra projects, road, tunnels, entire 25,000km+ highway network in Arunachal. Raising new divisions along LAC. etc. This is what happened.
As always we were reactive but the events which unfolded - their base was laid back starting way back even before kargil, 80s.
Every calculation about land or areas loss is mis representation of facts and dubious dishonest reporting - a mockery for what has happened in the past and people who follow the reports.

Kneel for LOCfication of LAC was laid over atleast 40 years from 80s to 2014. There was nothing modi could do. Congress government stayed silent while chinese kept building infra around the border.
