kaam hota hai. There's biometric attendance too nowadays in some central govt jobs. But yeah the work there is repetitive and requires no brain so you don't get exhausted

80% of Lundian "IT" companies are actually ITeS BPO companies, they have high attrition rate, their work culture is toxic and whether you will last more than 3 years is decided how many gaands you can lick, you will reach 10-12 LPA only after 7-8 years and even then there will be no job security, these companies have high attrition rate.
