Give me some tips. I have no idea what the fuck I'm supposed to expect. How should I handle deadlines, work? How many days should I take per task? Finally, how do I stop being an autistic sperg and talk normally to people?

Underpromise even if it's an easier task.
Take at least 20 to 40% buffer.
For example if something will take you 3 hours to do, claim 5 or so.
Don't deliver too early from the deadline. Just a little before the deadline is perfect.
If you deliver work early or work too hard, they will burden you with more work.
Be clever and very very specific in setting your goals and KPIs. Harass your manager to explain what 100% achievement looks like and if anybody does achieve it. Else they will fuck you up.
If a task takes 2 days, ask for 3 or 4 days, and try to get it done in 1 day. Use another day for review and deliver a few hours before the promised deadline.
Talk normally as if you have always known them.
