This conflict is vital part of male socialization. It helps everyone grow despite how retarded it may look at first. Unless it turns and changes into a shit flinging fest.
Alternatively women also do chimp out (tumble, twitter) but their chimping out is kinda worthless, passive, toxic and doesn't really amount to much, since no one takes the inferior gender seriously. Their is also the fact that they tend to chimp out about things that don't matter.
