necrobumping issue is not solved. 12hrs limit kinda does the job for the most part.
since i had imposed 12hrs limit, anons wanted atleast some leeway so reduced captcha to just bare minimum.
it's been worked on, new solution would allow anons to post without limitation while also handling the necrobumping issue. it's obviously just a small part of overall update.
