i had panic attacks from my old college mates trying to contact me.. for no reason i guess i was just ashamed of my pathetic state that i did not want to connect. used to keep my phone in airplane mode for months.
did went to my college mates wedding though..actually did not talk with these guys for years but i gathered all the courage in every cell of my body and went. It was a bit brootal and I already posted about it here but some part of me is glad I went. My dad remembered his college mates that came to his wedding. I guess that is also why I went because that is one day you can bet they will remember if you came or not. Everyone has bad days. Some have bad years. But it is all right if you dont go. Dont have to force yourself.
