Whenever I open job websites I just want to cry looking at how corporate the job description looks and how shitty the companies are. I am also clueless as to what to even apply for because they all look irritating. I look up the company names on google maps or glassdoor and beneath all those forced 5 star reviews you can see sheer pain and abuse that goes there.

if you are serious about a corporate job, then you need to go for a degree like MCA etc.
No way you are getting your foot in without campus placement.
There are some training centers which prepare you for jobs in Japan. Might want to take a look at that.
