Can someone redpill me about humidity levels?
Can humidity make me suffer when I go to sleep?
What's the correct humidity levels that should exist for humans and what's the humidity levels that exists in India? I search online and it says Humidity reaches 80 to 90% in the night while it should be 50% for comfort.

I'm poor and I don't have an AC so I have to sleep only under a ceiling fan.

Even I have an AC, can not imagine living in a south indian city in those humidity levels without AC, in north we have humidity for like 2 months, I can tolerate heat wave but not humidity
