major reason was illegal content posting, after banning it - pretty much no such posts.
vpn or even tor is still allowed but only if you have an account.
if i allow /int/ with foreign ip, issue of illegal content will prop up. obviously i can't moderate 24x7 and will be needing mods hence first mods then international board.
