Do you guys ever celebrate and gloat about the fact that lundian constitution and kanoon has given you the power to put anyone in jail and an infinite money glitch?
Like you can just find random people. File a case against them and gobarment will give you money (muawza) immediately?
Like if you ever have a minor disagreement with someone you can just walk into a police station and file a complaint against them and send them to jail and have them running around proving their innocence for years?
Do SC people ever laugh and joke about this? Like at family get togethers or Diwali parties?
Do you guys fantasize about booking your enemies under fake FIRs and ruining their lives?

It is not as easy as it seems, because in reality police won't even file a case if it seems weak, specially a criminal case.

If the SC guy promises to give the inspector a cut of the compensation money they will readily file the case. In fact they can earn from both sides, the guy who's filed the case as well as the guy who's been booked.

most SC/ST act cases get filtered by police itself, even the ones that do end up in court, conviction rate is extremely low, reason is simple the law is non sensical for the most part, it is almost impossible to ascertain the most of crimes that come under it.
