councelling is more like a transactional scam. like what do after 12th saar? what college to select? because b.a./m.a. grad is more equipped to direct you to do your engineering or mba from xlri.
therapy is the repeat scam run on the weak and sad people until they realize it and give up. this is tried with common sense advice first before carefully handing them drugs to turn them into soulless zombies.
to ensure nobody notices, it is also tied to marriages so the lines between councelling and therapy can be further blurred and a third invisible person and a witness can permanently be installed into the subject's home to ensure to take the decisions and judgements in favour of the woman in case of all conflicts. so paying a mere 2100 per hour feels like a worthy investment for the subject.
if you see the graph india has a lot of upside potential as well.
