I live alone. Depression got worse and i spent the entire last day just lying on my bed, doomscrolling. Couldnt even bring myself to get food from kitchen. Stayed hungry and awake the entire night. Dad called at 9 am (we are very emotionally distant) and wept on phone asking if i am ok. He had a very vivid and long nightmare where i was falling in a cliff. It woke him up at 6 am and he couldnt go back to sleep. I gave him assurance. I am just shocked. This is the first time i hv heard him weep and being so vulnerable.
