Also the differences are so small they may not mean much for the average Bihari. Per capita is like putting your head in a freezer, legs in the Microwave and then claiming your overall average body temperature is safe.

GDP per capita is almost always perfect. It's only bad when it comes to outliers like Ireland where corporates use to dodge taxes, otherwise it's a good measurement of life quality.
