PSA: Update on spams on 11th March

As we know that around 11th March we saw unfolding of series of the threads which were even worse than usual worse threads.
After looking into the reports, threads and posts created from last few hours. I have taken few actions against the offenders. It involved more specific range bans and few rollbacks of the range-bans too.
It's difficult to find balance between how much to share as a 'report' to make the community more aware without reaching to the point it becomes a blanket target on region or a group of people.
Based on the data following places are under censorship, complete range ban from Delhi has been removed and reduced to few more specific ISPs in the region. It may not be enough but we will see. There are few other places which have been covered.
I am not sharing the details on the place or ISP which are censored to prevent any privacy concern and moderation requirements.
We will monitor the events, if needed so we will remove or add the places to the censored region.
But this is not sustainable obviously. Whatever to be said free flow of ideas even though i disagree with them is important so i will be working on few updates. To follow that i am working on an update which would likely reduce the counter-affects of the censorship but also provide decent enough tool for the mods to avoid such scenarios which lead to heavy handed approach.
At the end, once again I will say to the anons. Follow the rules, if you break the rules you forfeit any chance of immunity from our end. Ownership of the threads or posts lies on you, please understand this.
