The stats are out there, If you limit voting to people who are married, people living stable life or people with stable income, the entire US flips red.

However over time, right wing people prosper because rw lifestyle is inherently low time preference while lw lifestyle is high time preference oriented. A guy who might abstain from drugs and alcohol might seem boring to girls in their 20s and ignored in his 20s but give 10 years and druggie will become a mess while the guy with discipline in his life still have a proper life.
