I did genuinely try to study for the meme exam with what attention I could give. But I quickly discovered that while I liked reading the books like physics galaxy or watching the lecture, the solving questions for practice or giving mock tests(most important thing) bores me. So basically it resulted in me "completely" the syllabus but no actual exercises properly practiced by the time January arrived.

Conversation is better among anons, though anons are yet to realize it.
Whenever new users flood, threads speed up but conversation level decreases to childish levels. It's very miserable experience.
Conversation is important. Cooldown act as a filter, i understand that it may also filter out many anons who want to be part of it. But there are choices for them too.
Most important is that probably in days i felt like i could move away from bhach, as in 'administer' aspects. I didn't check logs but i don't think mods had to do much either which is good.
A community which does need any top down governance is best. A see a glimpse of it. It's beautiful. Thank you sirs.

Back in my college days, my friends and i bought few plants, mostly to bring life to our gloomy lives. It did help honestly. I used to get up everyday, have that plant under the sun but remove it until it's too sunny outside. I would water it everyday - sometimes alternate. I would monitor its leaves, stem..sometimes take pics. It almost became my own way of daily ritual, a prayer was not complete until i had done this.
Over time some of the plants of friends died, one died because it was provided too much water, another died because of too much sun.
I who never took care of one plant in my life saw it, i saw the my plant when it grew, it bud and had beautiful flowers.
Most beautiful thing i witnessed was a bhavra and a bee, visiting those flowers everyday during one of the spring seasons. I do not know if they are the same but i saw them in later year too.
But eventually things start to go wrong, leaves starting crumbling...flowers were taking too much resources. One by one those fell, i had to cut those leaves myself. Eventually the plant i bought an year ago which had grown into a pretty big one with magnificent flowers we never expected or hoped for was crumbling apart - i had no choice but to take one of the small stem apart and place it separately within the pot.
I changed the soil, eventually the main plant died but the branch, the branch grew took a life of its own. Grew into a beautiful plant like its ancestor.
Like that over few years of my college days that plant went through the three 3 cycles of life. Eventually after college i tried to return it to the original nursery but it was closed so i gave it back to another nursery. Hmm.
