Although I am a vegetarian, I have taken the paneer pill, I am taking 200 gms of paneer daily+ 4-5 glass milk, Funnily enough my family has problems with me eating meat but they are happily letting me drink goat blood 3-4 times a week
Kek I guess it makes sense, since in my childhood I once caught severe dengue and had lost life threatening levels of platlets, then my father's friend adviced them to give goat blood to me and I healed in less than a week, now also he is arranging goat blood for me
Hopefully i become healthy again
