The grievance letter I put in last had consequences. The principal read it and told my boss that I'm removed from one of three core responsibilities (and the team) that I'm assigned with. I don't know what happened and how they took my grievance letter. I'm just destroying the "reputation" that I built and everything in the process.
I'm scared to even go to work now. I don't know what to do. Wish they just fired me and asked me to go home. I may try to see the principal when I am about to go home, or if I get called. Fuck everything.
