Modern day Hindi which you see now only originated in the 19th century. Before that Devanagari script was used for khariboli and avadhi and the "hindi" which we know today was called rekhta, hindvi, etc and was written in nastaliq script.

is not 'written as' rather they literally don't have proper equivalent for ए, ऐ ई so they mix up.
urdu is literally just hindi - parent which has been highly contaminated with persian lingo using a script which doesn't completely meet the requirement.
Still major chunk of the vocabulary is sources from the same parent but issue here is that urdu lacks certain vowels to properly represent the words as it is - which this post is about.
You can literally talk in hindi without any loan words. It's structure, vocabulary is highly sourced from sanskrit and the way it is spoken from prakrit.
Keep your chimpout to yourself instead of bumping ancient threads.

Urdu and Hindi were indistinguishable before the 19th century and modern day Hindi is a mixture of several of its sanskritic and prakrit dialects like khariboli, avadhi etc.
Hindi and urdu were eventually separated for political purposes. They're sister languages. No language is completely pure, puritanism kills a language. The pure Hindi you're referring to comes due to centuries of evolution of Sanskrit and several other regional languages, so is similar for urdu.
Every language doesn't have every sound. Hindi originally didn't have za, kh sounds which were added by the nukta. Similarly every language does some jugad to assimilate newer vocab.
Neither nastaliq nor Devanagari is a poor script. It does justice to its vocab and style equally well

There are no short vowels indicated.
The e in pen is the same as i in pin
u in bun doesn't exist, and so on.
Second, long vowels are shared by consonants
So any long u/oo is also a w or v
Any long e or ai, or i/ee is also a y.
So,
Tumse becomes tumsy or tmsy for them
Jaisa might be jeysa or some shit
That's the general explanation besides the fact that most of them are inbred retards whose parents and grandparents and great grandparents until the earliest Hindu in their line are cousins.

Well, we teach our grammar using Sanskrit terms, which works really well because the concepts are still pretty similar. (Except some vibhakti, which Hindi only has partial vestiges of)

Hindi evolution is different because it imports most of the vocabulary and structure from sanskrit and prakrit etc. The script devanagari is from brahmi, as someone who can write in brahmi can easily see the evolution in that. Sanskrit brahmi, then hindi devanagari is very close compared to nastaliq and meme that is urdu - at best you can call parsianised of the hindi-urdu-predecessor.
Urdu is retarded because despite most of the vocabulary being same as predecessar hindi equivalent, they use retarded grammar - the crux of it all.
