The superficiality of human relationships

Lately, I have been thinking, most human friendships and even most relationships are built on very shaky foundations.
The only exception being of course the one relationship you got free of cost but also the one you abuse the most for other people – that of a mother and child.
For example, if you have a good friend you hang out with, and you miss going with them somewhere due to personal reasons or being busy with job. This one missing out will start creating distance and they drift away.
If you have a girlfriend or a fuck buddy, and you miss giving them a fuck or make one mistake with sending the wrong monkey sticker in chat. This one mistake will lead to breakups and cost the entire relationship.
It doesn't matter how many hours or days you put into it.
It doesn't matter how hard you worked into it.
It doesn't matter what gifts you got or how you wasted days helping them feel better.
All of it can become invalid with something as minor as a tear, or a fart, or a burp, or failing to show up one time.
Well, and the relationship with your parents?
Even that deteriorates if you become a useless NEET and just lie down all day because you're sad.
As a man, there's no genuine feeling of love or care you are getting except from non human animals.
I guess that can be a motivation to focus inwards and work on yourself or whatever.
That was my rant, thank you for clicking on my thread and reading so far.

That's the point
We get paralysed and are lost because we are always basing our lives in living for other people's affirmation or affection.
And when that very thing doesn't exist or is taken away, it feels meaningless.
