I serious believe that there are more Dalit/Tribal caste Hindu women marring muslims than the opposite.
Also its a fact that Hindu organizations in all states of North India only hold protests when a General/OBC Hindu girl marries or runs away with a Muslim man. SC/ST cases of love jihad usually go unnoticed but they constitute the majority in North India.
I have no idea about south India though.
I'd liuke any anon from Karnataka, Kerala and Hyderabad to throw light on the scene in these regions.

Entire Dalit movement is nothing but simping for brahmin girls. Every internet conversation involving caste system ultimately ends up being about dalitcels being entitled to brahmin girls. "ree, give me brahmin girl for marriage ree!" They never complain about brahmin guy rejecting dalit girls. nobody wants dalit girls. not even dalits themselves want them. which is why, if dalit girl marries muslim guy, nobody cares and it doesn't come in news.
but, the other way round. dalit guy marrying muslim girl? it leads to a riot and becomes national news.
