After 2 weeks, they considered my grievance letter and called me for an enquiry, about why I did that. They are asking me if my workload and work pressure related concerns get solved will I stay or will I leave. I told them 90% I won't leave as my workload is not the reason why I am leaving. They said that first we will address this and then continue to talk about things later.
They recognized that I am overloaded, but at the same time they told me that it's my fault for taking work to home, it's my fault for not putting health first over work, and it's my fault for not being mature enough to know when to balance what and when to change classes if needed to prioritze work so that I won't take it home. I accepted.
I can't tell them what an absolute corrupt shithole my tier 696969 college is, and the absolute (by the way I am a nigger) shit faggot head coomer gooner drug junkes and loose pussy randis that study in here that get called as "students", but at the same time I am also concerned about my future.
I need to get married, I need a job, I won't get a job when I get out, etc. etc. I don't even know how to drive a FUCKING bike.
