you have to try your best to get as tired as you can throughout the day, then go to bed, keep lying down there even if you can't sleep, then wake up at around 5-6 am, and catch the first few ray of sunlight for 30-40 mins (melatonin production and circadian rhythm typa shi) then go throughout the day, even if you feeeellll reallllly sleep in the day, don't sleep for more than 15 mins in the day (avoid that too)

Then go to sleep around 10-11 pm next day, 80-90% of times your circadian rhythm would be fixed

>Obviously avoid any lights before that

>Some people even recommend cardio + shower before sleeping (relaxes blood pressure)

>Room temperature should be ideal

I have a very high vitamin d deficiency. Found out 2 month ago and I've been taking supplements plus getting 30 min of sunlight with mid day sun. I don't know if early morning sun was that more important
