In October 2024 I was under a lot of stress and my hair started shedding like crazy. The reason for my stress was juggling between work and studies. I had a major licensing exam coming in December which I needed to clear to retain my current job. If I failed the exam, I would've lost my provisional licence as well as my job. I worked 10 hours a day and studied as soon as I got back home. This lead to massive amount of hair loss. Like, if I ran my hand through my hair, a good amount of hair would fall on the books I was studying. Then I researched online and came to know that it could be due to vitamin deficiencies. Some people said that their dermatologists have recommended to take this suppliment. I hesitantly ordered it and within 1 month of use my hairfall reduced. And now, in April 2025 my hairfall has completely gone.
My hairline is back to normal and my hair are dense again.
