There will be a mass exodus of Indians as the heat waves will make India unliveable in 2070. The west has to open its arms to the over 1 billion Indians seeking refuge. The west needs to prepare and make living space for Indians so they can have a place to stay. The west needs to be more open towards Indian culture and will have to prepare for a complete transitioning of culture when many Indians arrive in droves.
This will bring a transfusion of cultures as western culture will completely be engulfed by Indian culture with Indians making more than 70% of the population in western countries by 2070.
Why the west needs Indians? Currently the west is facing a huge labour shortage and that labour shortage is expected to grow tenfold in 2070. Indians will be able to filll the gaps and solve the problem with the high skills and intellect.
Streets, cities and towns must be redesigned to accommodate Indians and their culture and they must be the main focus when it comes to western policies.

the west will be the only place Indians can go to.
we can't go to the Middle East because islam hates them and they will be turned into literal slaves if we did
we can't go to Africa because the majority of Africa still operates in tribes and there won't be any way to fit in.
We won't go to China because it's too homogenous and Chinese culture will be impossible to adapt to.
The west is the only option, plus a few other countries like S Korea, Japan etc.
