You can visit any other small imageboard that has the owner participating and is more open
You can make your own discords/sessions chats or tele groups
Even those are more safe than imageboards

You can see this yourself. Sometimes when posting it shows "you are banned " due to posts from 3 years ago(dynamic IP ) but how come 4chan checks a ban from 3 years ago
The hackers had access to post by IP for every single post made. Essentially if you posted after 2015 you can be tracked by IP
