How many days in a week do you all work from office. And what are your shift timings.
I'm a bhangi wagiecel who goes to office daily in noon carrying an ugly laptop bag, in the same 2 sets of tshirt and jeans that I have, sweating all the way to office. And then I sit there attending stoopid fucking meetings, trying to understand madrasi accent, and then I attend more meets, and then more.
At around 9pm I try to escape this shithole aaffice of mine only to get ugly pajeet stares from co-workers as if I'm raping their newly wed wife in front of them.
I can NOT live like this yaarooo. I'd rather work as a gobermint varkar and chill with my dehati arranged marriage wife

I have office presence mandatory for only once a week
after that I can work from home until next week
I work 5 days a week
since most of my team is working from different location there is no one in my office to monitor me since all HRs and manager are working from different offices in different cities
I can leave and enter office whenever I want
we only have 1 meeting per day that's daily scrum meeting
that's it
the only downside of this job is salary is too fucking low 28k
I passed a internal promotion exam today lets hope it increases my salary a bit

I don't do wfo regularly, i am away from home but usually just work from my flat. But these days are numbered. Recent war has given me leeway of a few weeks then back to office regularly.

Are you new? Only newbies stuck around that long. Leave by 6pm or something and rest do from flat.

It was the worst yaar. First they wanted me to come office daily (5 days), then to be in the same tower, then on the same floor, then from seats 100-150.
And today the sub-sub team I'm part of, told me to sit next to their madrasi ass to maintain "kwality of work".
Actually it's all done to make sure I don't leave before time.

Never over work, you can always leave once you have hit the clock. Idk in and out time but if you want you can leave by 6pm and do rest of the things from home. Even seniors won't stop you.

Holy shit brah, take care of sleep schedule etc. Try to talk with them about doing 2-7 or so in office and rest from home.
In fact timings like these are probably best suited for (((wfh))) just try to look for chances.

Mailed all HRs, senior leads. Even got into an argument over call with the manager. Nothing happened.
I seriously want to quit this job. What will happen if I stop going. How long will they take to kick me out given that it's a big coompany (big 4)
