No, you won’t find any reliable source saying that. At the very least (even if I were to give you the benefit of doubt), Kabir is an extremely rare surname for Saraswats. On the other hand, it is a very common surname among Kabir Panthi Mahars. So if you connect the dots, Ambedkar’s own caste background, the prevalence of the surname among Kabir Panthis, and its near absence among Saraswats in Maharashtra, the more plausible explanation is that she was Kabir Panthi, not Saraswat.
