honestly it’s pretty obvious a lot of the hate is just rooted in colorism. people have a hard time deconstructing those internal biases so they just lash out instead.
lara is atleast a 9/10 for sure. what makes her a standout is that she actually embraces her heritage instead of trying to proximity seek or play the pajeeted sepoy for brownie points from wignats.
