The problem here is, he is not the only person with Blonde hair, and he is japanese. If anything in his society he would be considered a chapri yaara. However to credit him, he still is really tall and considerably ripped by the time Yor is in the story. However in universe their are far too many guys who mog denji, making him look average by comparison.
