i talked to a trainer at a nearby gym (and he's actually super professional), and he said the routine's fine for someone who's 17–19, but not to force the running part since it's a bit too extreme for that age. rest of it is all good

So it depends on what you want, if you want to grow bigger muscles no it is not very effective after 3 months you won't see any growth in mucles but if you are looking to increase your strength and endurance it is a okay workout add some pull ups and crunchs and you will have a balanced workout and can even have appealing physic if you are lean already

Unironically? I did for a week before I caught a horrible fever, it is not like the training itself is impossible.
But so much strain, and no rest periods, no ac, no rest, anon even if their is a limiter than can removed, the way it will damage our immunity to pathogens before we reach the limiter removed status, we will be dead.

This, the issue is taking the routine at face value will mean not taking a single day of break, and running 10 kilometer from day 1 (the worst day) to day 7 (7th least worst day) which will likely put a man on bed rest, combined with rest of the resistance training.
Not even Heater, Fan of Ac, people don't realise how horribly Lucky Saitama is. It's not the set and rep that sucks, it is the lack of break, and the absolute constant cardio with no rest, ever, at all.
