Not the Punjabi Bund yaar... Actually that works too never mind. Anime is good and that is where I would start, then follow up with the manga. The art style makes me paint the walls of my room with coom, till I gloom.
The dynamic of two different supernatural entity itself is interesting, but the added layer of whole highschool thing is even better. My complain is I do not enjoy how they did the wolf forms in the manga, but the anime MORE than makes up for it.

So many series, books and novel, it is like this shit is it's own medium entirely. Their are anime, cartoon, and whatever the fuck is going on with monogatari series, and I love it.
Watch Bakemonogatari above anything else. The male character is the real charmer. Not a retard power fantasy insert, not a bitch either. Just the overall relatable degen actually. Araragi Koyomi's very existence went on to inspire its own genre of MC's.
After Bakemonogatari, you can proceed with the Nisemonogatari series. Alternatively watch the best animation of century in the Kizumonogatari movies trio.

My all time favorite manwha would be hellper, which I have yet to finish, I am usually more inclined to reading manga, but some manwha can be pretty peak. I also enjoyed how well the side characters were polished.
