I'm not refering to Indian peace keeping force. I was referring to a global effort, lead by lundia & soi lanka, to curb stomp the drug trade & other trade networks that funded the LTTE post 9/11 in an effort to curb global terror or possibility of one militant group working with other terror or militant groups
