Does anyone know where I can buy 18650 battery in packs.
Indian sites are selling individual cells for 40-50, but I can't just order 10 because they will just send 10 individual cells from random, different manufacturing batches(which will mean that all of them will have slight differences in voltage and internal resistance). I need to connect them in parallel so they must be from same batch.

Retarded rant but buying components is India is just painful in general, they strap a +10% to every individual piece basically, some things like certain capacitors and diodes are straight up not even available.
Don't even think about buying some better quality amp chips, they will change the marking on the cheaper ones that do more distortion and sell it to you. The listing seemingly have random completely.wrong information attached for no reason many times. They lie about the material when selling inductors or transformers, they lie about the manufacturing date, they lie about the tolerances, they sometimes sell completely burnt out MOSFETS and then blame you for burning them which is easy since there is no way to tell.
