Why are only guys getting arranged marriages?

I belong to south indian jain community from Karnataka. It's getting too brutal. In the last 3 years, about 8 of my cousins and female relatives got married. 7 of them love marriage, 1 arranged ( she was uggojeeta). Mean while all my male cousins and relatives got arranged marriage. Not one of my male relatives managed to get a girlfriend. Even my cousin in USA can't get a gf and is struggling to get arranged marriage. One more thing I have observed, the males in my family cut their losses early, and get arranged marriage at 26-29 age where as the foids get love marriage at 29-32. Can any anons well versed in social hierarchy and anthropology comment on this phenomenon? I can't figure out why this is happening.
