drainage and sewage is different yaar. drainage is for road water on the surface, while naalis carry sewage. there is no naali in sectors where i live, sewage is underground all but there is no drainage system except some diving roads that are 4 lane concrete roads with footpath but it is not much.

Which is what makes roads prone to flooding in the first place. This won't be a problem if their was a drainage system for roads with a good pipeline that could handle worst case scenario of rain.
