he thinks every engineer is supposed to be innovative or special, no lol, brainlet most engineers arent designing or doing rnd and no i am not talking about cse here i am talking about electrical sector power sector or any other hardware, they are just supervising we can say with their knowledge. most arent into rnd and that is perfectly fine, there is large enough market for engineers who simply do installation work and supervise. that is also with people who are frontend dev or backend devs and no nobody cares about your niche programming which doesnt pay anything.
