Back in da chernobyl days the pajeet gormint imported tons of ukranian aata which wuzz radioactive an sheiz and sold them at PDS shops. pajeets skimming off it also sold a major portion in the market from fci stocks like they have always been doing and it got mixed with normal priced ata bought by the non gwareebs.
